I have a CU Overlay Freebie for you! I made this a couple of Days ago and just now got around to uploading it for you all. I was playing around in PSP and came up with this real cool affect! It kinda looks like Glass. Hope you all like! 
Hope you can find some use for this! Try changing the blend modes for a different effect. Or change the color of the overlay and put a contrasting color layer underneath...let your creativity flow! *lol* Enjoy!
